Ticketmaster question

I bought three separate sets of tickets on ticketmaster.ie last month and a week later two sets arrived, however the other set is yet to appear. Now I know their policy is to not contact them until two weeks before the event, but my worry is that the tickets got lost in the mail or a mail worker somewhere nicked 'em - what should I do here? Assuming they don't appear and it's two weeks to the event, I phone ticketmaster and they say the tickets were sent out, what's their policy? Should I be buying another two tickets to avoid a disaster?

One of the sets that arrived were for the same event that are yet to arrive, so it's not like they simply haven't printed off the tickets for the event yet.

    Suggestions/help? Thanks in advance folks!

There isn't really a set time that they should arrive in. So if you bought two sets of tickets for the same event a day apart that's not to say that they should arrive a day appart. How long have you been waiting for the second set?

A good three weeks now. I bought all three sets about 20mins apart so in theory they should have all been sent at the same time, but since two arrived and one didn't I'm a bit concerned.

Give them a call if you are concerned, used to work there, they wont mind too much. They will probably just tell you to be patient, Im sure your tickets will come eventually

check the status of your order on the ticketmaster site
the same thing happened with my last tickets and they turned out to still be at the "printing" stage after 2 weeks:rolleyes:

Maybe you went over the ticket limit and they cancelled the last order.
