    Hi all,

Wondering if I can ask for advice. I am more familiar with using weight machines in the gym, and have recently decided to do weights at home instead. For now, I've got a very basic set of Argos special dumbells, but I'm not sure about what exercises I can do with these to build muscle and avoid injury.

Can anyone recommend where I can find out what various exercises I can do with free weights? I dont want to end up doing more harm than good. cheers.

For exercises and technique. It may or may not be the best but it is what I use and think it's awesome.
