I always like to share any tricks of the trade with my mates here at Boards.ie, it's a promotion code via any VC Poker Skin that will get you $15 real money added to your account - no strings attached, i've had it work for about 12 mates of mine already (roughly about £8.01)

You don't even have to deposit anything! :D

Just click "Deposit" then click "Promotions" at the bottom left corner ...and enter the word "blinky" ...about 20 seconds later it will say $15 real money has been added to your account.

Try it for yourself and you'll see i'm not spoofing!

It's not bad, £8 for a click of the button ...let me know if it worked ok for you all.

    Enjoy boarders! :)
    Sparky

"The promo code you have entered has not been recoginsed. Please check the promo code you are using is correct and try again" is what I got when I tried.

Sorry guys was speaking to the guy who told me about this promo code.

Apparently it can only be done via FullonPoker.com which is a skin of VC, which is where I done it from - and I took it for granted it could be done via any VC skin as its part of that network, obviously not - oops on my behalf.

...but still free money and withdrawable! :)

VC is a skin of Tribeca, I wasn't aware that there are skins of VC

I downloaded the client just there and it worked. Is there any reason to play at Full On rather than the one I'm on at the moment, VCStudent Poker?

Nice 1 mate. Just downloaded Fullonpoker and that deposit trick worked a treat.
    Free money cant be bad!!

VC is a 'cage' on Tribeca just like PPP. Both cages then have skins which they use to brand their client.

e.g. Arsenal poker is PPP skin, Green Joker is a Blue Sq skin etc.

    Tribeca is the client software/network.

FullOn offered a rakeback deal to players associated with the 1808 gang in March/April. While I'm not a member of 1808, I had read the forums there from time to time and signed up to the deal when it was offered.

Approximately 100 players signed up and only a handful received even a percentage of what they were owed (I'm technically still waiting on $600 or so). Many pathetic excuses were offered and the last contact I had with the head of FullOn was at the start of July when he told me that everything would be "sorted in a week".

I find it odd that Sparky would still advertise anything to do with the site (even if it is free money) given his position in the 1808 gang and their strong claims of being hard done by as a result of the FullOn events.

$600 ...a drop in the ocean in terms of what I was owed from Fullon - roughly $6,000.

I never seen a penny off it, and I can't bare the fact that I was stroked by somebody who I believed was genuine.

But I thought if I told everybody and got a few hundred people to get a free $15 (£8) x 400 - 500 (£3,200 - £4,000) I might as well try and hurt him where it really hurts ...in the pocket.

After all its my money in a roundabout way so I might as well share it with Boarders.

I'm starting to hear more and more horrid stories involving the words "tribeca" & "rakeback" and BlueSq/one of their skins (and they're not our irish friends Green Joker Poker)

Here's just more examples of why you should only ever use trusted affiliates with a solid reputation and recommendations from people you know.

    Just a couple of points:

    1) This wasn't initially posted as an offer available on FullOn, it was posted as an offer available on "any VC Poker skin". This would negate your argument that you were doing this to get back at FullOn.

    2) After your bad experience with FullOn, I would have thought it would be natural for you to state in the post informing us that the skin this promotion worked on had screwed you out of thousands of dollars and shouldn't be trusted.

    3) Having just looked at the 1808 forum, there is no similar thread advertising this free money. Surely this would have been the first place to post such a message as the majority of people who lost money from the debacle are 1808 members?

Not exactly sure why Green Joker and Bluesq have been brought into a thread concerning VC and Full On.

So far none of the statements regarding either are true.

    PM's have been sent.

Just to be clear about my post above, I was referring to regular, run of the mill AFFILIATES, not individual skins. (My reading of the thread was that this 1808 situation was Affiliate related as opposed to a Skin)

How an individual skin of a Network choose to reward their loyal players is their business. Be it Paddy Points, Buy in's to Live tournaments, Loyalty Rewards, etc. etc. etc.

Boy oh boy ...now i'm starting to regret doing a good thing, I never needed to warn people of the skin screwing me out of money - as it wasn't done via player accounts/cashiers etc. it was all done underhand and behind the scenes - thus why I didn't have a leg to stand on or an affiliate contract - so i'll take my medicine.

I never needed to let people know the skin was dangerous as Fullon have no control of it - as everything is managed by Victor Chandler Poker, including the cashier etc. - I still wouldn't recommend playing on the site just because of the bad experience I had with being done over.

I would never advise playing on the Victor Chandler Poker network side of things full stop, shire of b*stards in my opinion. but the only reason I logged into the network and into a skin that I despise was simply for a free £8, withdrew it and returned to the good green side of Paddy Power.

For some reason Fullonpoker software keeps crashing on me. Tried it on two different computers. Always get "FullonPoker.exe has encountered a problem and had to close" just as it's loading up.

This thread seems a bit odd. I'd guess that some people aren't being hoenst about some aspects of what they are saying.

Anyway, if people have heard about 'free money' and stuff like that then put a line in your sig and get people to contact you.
