    Global is an established brand and I have always found their gear of reasonable quality. The other ones MAY be nasty.
    You should be able to buy a magic eye (triax /global etc.) for around €20 in most electrical shops or from satellite installers. For such a small amount I would not bother with ebay, easier to get it changed if faulty and no hidden "postage and packing" costs.

    Yup, I agree with Rippy, the Triax and Global eye's are definitely the most reliable of them all.
