DVD Recorder E199 Dunnes

    Anyone seen or bought one of these in Dunnes? - what is the make Yamada or something, any good, good features? Videoplus and Nicam?

    Doesnt seem that good a bargain unless it has a hard drive. Xtravision were doing one for €99 a while back.

    Ah, but if its the model that I think it is then the Dunnes one plays back Mpeg4, avi, and has a USB port and firewire in on the front panel.

    The 99 Xtravision was older Philips DVDR 610 and without those features and besides I reckon if you went in there were none in stock at 99.00E
