Reoccuring Dream

I am 27 years old and at times of anxiety I get a reoccuring dream about being in school (leaving or junior cert year) and I dream that I am about to do one of the big exams. In my dream I only have the knowledge of the junior or leaving cert courses that I currently have, which isn't very much! I am due back to work from maternity leave in a couple of weeks which is worrying me, having to leave my child. In this dream I feel a great sense of panic and fear. Is there any way that I can overcome this dream as I have had it many times now.

The return to work and leaving child stresses may be the source. Once you have adjusted to the change, there's a good chance that the dream will go away? Other things that you did not mention would also include diet, medications, and level of physical fitness? Some women change their diet habits after a child, have medication addition/changes, and neglect their fitness exercises. Just guessing.
