What EPG information is available from FTA satellite transmissions?

For example, if I change channel to, say, BBC1 then within a few seconds the receiver shows the EPG information for the BBC channels.
Likewise, if I change to an ITV channel, I get the EPG info for the ITV channels.

However, there is only EPG info for the next few hours.

Is there a channel that I can go to to download all the FTA EPG info for say the next week or two?

I am aware of other solutions based on downloading the data from the net but was wondering what the possibilities are for getting EPG info from satellite streams.

Don't know if it is relevant, but receiver is a TripleDragon.

I seem to remember coming across a channel named EPG (can't remember what satellite) but didn't investigate it any further.

    TIA,

NO. The EPG used by Sky is semi-proprietry.
All you get is the current and next program.

Indeed some German/ Swiss/Austrian stations on 19E will give up to a week of EPG in detail on some receivers.

EPG might be the background music...
