Sky Installation

Sorry to bother everyone, but I have booked an installation of Sky+ and multiroom for 15th September directly from Sky. I wondered had anyone had an installation recently in the Naas/Sallins area and what is the likelyhood of them turning up on the day as I have had to take a day off work? I know there were a lot of threads around last Christmas complaining about no shows, but it has been quite recently.

Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    Hi Lockster -

I had a appt this morning, they turned up relatively early (11 am) and were done in an hour. I'm in Swords. HTH.

I had one done in Clane a few weeks back. They rang me in the morning to let me know what time he would be there and then rang again 30 minutes before he arrived to check I was there.
Very surprised at the service. All finished in less than an hour also.

Generally, installers should be more reliable without the pressures of the Christmas rush on their shoulders. Which is why it's good sense to have such jobs done during the quieter summer months.
