    Hey

I want to add to my current fitness regime by taking up a martial art. I am really interested in Thai boxing or kick boxing. Anyone recommend a good place to start around Dublin city center. I heard there was a place on Dorset st.

    Cheers

try www.bridgestonemauythai.com Don't train there myself, but have heard good reports. Best of luck with it

Edit. The link does'nt seem to work, try the MA/SD forum as some of the coaches post there.

    Hi mate,
Im in Cabra, although its Taekwon-Do we train Full Contact as much as possible, do a small bit of ground work and approach self defence from a combatives point of view. To be honest the only thing TKD about it is our patterns!

If its pure Kick boxing your after i'd recommend Fight Club on Prussia street - FC rules and front leg sweeps, no leg kicks.

And for Thai, well Ody has it covered there, bridgestone is off Domnick street
