    Is it safe to say that pretty much everything from health shops like Nature's Way and Nourish is healthy?

    They sell mostly vitamins and stuff so I guess that's where the idea comes from.

    I think common sense is the person to really answer this question. I'm addicted to those yoghurt covered Bananas, but they're almost as bad as eating actual sweets...no point trying to convince myself otherwise. :)

    Kinda, but it's in keeping with the purpose of "capitalism". Besides, anything can be unhealthy if you manage to have it in totally the wrong quantities :D. Better to know what you're doing/looking for yourself than relying on shops to provide you with healthy food.
