I've been trying to order a repair for my iPod Nano for the past while on the Apple site and everytime I get a few pages into the order repair process one of the webpages fails and shows a weird "SQL Error".

I've no idea how to get my iPod fixed now. Please help!

Finally! Thank you so much! They'll collect it?

Yes they will send an empty box to you via UPS and you will then need have to pack it up and call UPS to collect it. It will be returned by UPS after it has been fixed.

I rang the number and then I got redirected and eventually I was told that I was enquiring about desktops not iPods.

I'm given three options at the beginning of the phone call....

    1.Technical Support
2.Battery Exchange Program(this led to the desktop)
3.To hear about a product/program service not mentioned.

Anyone know which I should be using?

Have you been using this site? - http://depot.info.apple.com/ipod/

Why not search for an authorised Apple Service Provider here and give one of them a shout?
