i think that is completly awful. to do that to so many dogs without any reason at all.

i cant even describe how terrible it is.

Dogs are like rats over there. There are many wild dogs that roam the streets at night and many people have been attacked. Its a problem that is out of control. A friend of mine was just there and he has dogs but he said its a bad problem, he was attacked while walking home from the cinema. While he has nothing against dogs he had no kind words for these ones. He had to kick a few while escorting his girlfriend back home.

it wasnt just strays. it was all dogs, pets included. even ones vaccinated for rabies.

imagine your pet (if you have one) beaten to death infront of you, struggling for its life? yelping and whimpering in pain, being hurled into vans for electrocution later?

i have no problem with dogs being put down humanly, these were beaten to death or electrocuted.

That's really terrible but they don't seem to have any respect for animals over there and tbh I doubt things are going to change.

    Thats more like it, ta

Pretty stupid idea, seem's as all mammals can carry rabies so the dogs will probably just pick it up again from other wild/domestic animals
