question about connecting pc to tv

    My pc's graphics card ONLY has an output port for a monitor and my tv has both a scart and s-video connection slot.What lead,if any,could i use to connect my pc to my tv via the output port for the monitor on the pc to either the s-video or scart slots on my tv?And if possible could you tell me what shop to get it from?

    You need a VGA-Svideo cable, which can be difficult to find but I have seen them. You could try Maplin or Peats if you're in Dublin. Maplin are also in Limerick, Cork and Galway I believe.

    Lindy also sell a box that will convert VGA into s-video/composite and scart but it doesn't come cheap almost the price of a new graphics card with an s-video out but the scart connection is handy.

    ive got a 'Grand Hand View' from galaxy computers, does the trick nicely no need for over priced s-video cables
