Sorry if this has been asked before, but how close to both boxes does the phone line have to be? Is this covered understandard installation if the phone line is not in the same room and how neat are the installers at running the phone line?

    Thanks for all help.

I had mutliroom installed yesterday and twas told that both have to be on the phone line.

Okay, if you go over 10 Metres phone line they will charge 1 euro per metre.

They were very neat almost seemless and connected both up with 45 Mins.

I was slightly over 10 metres but they did'nt charge, being nice and offering them tea and biscuts seems to do the trick it is only a few metres of cable that costs feck all otherwise just pay them cash for the extra few metres ;)
