My sister is looking at getting some cosmetic surgery done but she would like to get it done in another country mainly because of the cost here so she asked me to have a browse online and get some information on different clinics around europe.

Im just looking for some trustworthy clinics maybe some links?
And if you have done it yourself I'd like to hear your experience

Any help will be much appreciated. :)

You might give an indication of the type of surgery performed, this would be easier for people to give recommendations for specialists. Also, perhaps this would be better in Biology/medicine

Is this purely cosmetic or out of medical necessity?

Realise that she probably isn't covered by medical insurance if she has complications abroad.

Forget the USA. Palm Springs is the best, caters to celebrities, and is very expensive. The cheap ones cannot be trusted.

She wants to get some cosmetic dentistry done.

She isn't really looking for a "cheap" place but more of an affordable option

i dont think there is any such thing as cheap well done cosmetic dentistry. for multiple veneers on the uppers done properly one is looking at many thousands. its a very skilful area imho.
bear in mind that having teeth prepared for veneers means a lifetime of dental work and more or less unlimited funds within reason for that work to be redone and repaired. lower veneers are very risky as the teeth are small and usually preparing them for a good bite and aesthetics means the nerves die off eventually meaning crowns, then they snap, then implants which per tooth is another 2000 euro..and so it will continue.
there are prepless veneers available but unless done by an extremely competent clinician and lab tech they will look terrible. lumineers are an example and are best steared clear off.
