    Guys.
Im hoping somebody here could help me out. I am looking to do some MA, not sure what type though.. basically i do 3 sessions in a gym a week.. my goal is to build muscle and lose some weight around the stomach. So i am looking for a martial arts class that will help me maintain any muscle definition i get while helping me lose body fat as i imagine that any class i attend will require a lot of cardio excercise.

Im open to try any type of MA. Im living in Dublin 15 but work in the city centre so either of those locations would be preferred.

    Thanks in advance

    Gazzer

    Hey Gazzer,

We're a jump over the Tolka in Glasnevin. We have Kickboxing and BJJ and MMA training groups. The kickboxing is the most cardio intensive of those three. Check us out if you think it'll suit you, www.ko-martialarts.com

In D.15 theres a hell of a lot of clubs in the Coolmine centre. Judo, Jiu Jitsu, Kung Fu...

    Cheers,

    Barry

Hey Gazzer. I train in an MMA school down in East Wall. The style is based on Kyokushin Karate and Judo. We normally start a class with a 30 min continuous workout. We train on Tuesdays (fight night) and Thursdays (technique and strategy) at 7pm - meet at Connolly station at 6.30. We will introduce more training nights as the club expands. To find out more about what we do take a look at our websites www.mmaireland.com and www.kyokushinbudokai.org.

    Good Luck,

    Dave.
