Its 3 weeks old and was only used for a few days.
    Will sell for 15 euro.

The reason it wasn't used much was because I could do 5 reps after 3 days and had the No. 1 gripper so started using that.... :)

Btw, If anyone has the No. 2 gripper I'll buy it from you.

    (I'm based in Dublin)

I got the heavy grippers 200, 250, 300. I read many saying you outgrow the 100 and 150 fairly fast, (I think the COC ratings are higher, i.e. a 150COC is harder to close than a 150 HG).

I was only able to close the 200 a tiny bit first, now I can almost close it, about a 2mm gap, so I have moved onto the 250 and am pretty much back to square one which suits me.

all 3 cost me about €48 delivered. should be a little cheaper now with the exchange rate. http://www.heavygrips.com/

Do they ever have these in gyms? you could put a chain on it to stop robbing.

Then you should have let someone else get it! What I wouldn't do for an ass beating from G'em :D.

Certainly don't have them in my gym. I got a pair (T + #1) a while ago but they were actually giving me some awkward DOMS or Strains in my hand and forearms so I said I would sit off them for a while and never really got back to them. Will probably start crushing again soon and see how it feels.

Maybe lower your volume of training with them? Train it as often as you would squat (like one heavy session & one light session per week is loads). Alot of people try to close the hardest one they can & keep trying every day - that will generally result in over-training injury pretty quickly.

Yeah, I would say your right T-ha I was going 2-3 times a week I think so may have been over doing it. Sure I will give it a lash today after the gym.

I do it 2-3 times a week, but only 2 sets of 8 reps. You can do negatives with the heavier ones. The heavy grips site says 2-3 times per week.

Indeed, but they would not be factoring in the effects on grip of training the rest of your body. Heavy Deads and Chins on back day....farmers walk on leg day, shrugs on shoulder day.....all will affect your grip and you should train accordingly to avoid injury.

Forearms have a bad habit of going from fine to injured in a single rep i have found.
