    Hey Guys,

I was shopping for a Cable Shutter Controller yesterday for my EOS350D (with Wire). Bermingham Cameras on Burgh Quay didn't have a Canon one, but recommended me a 3rd party compatibel Shutter Controller, Seculine Twin1 (R2-UT). It's both with Wire and IR and only 20 euro! Can't really go wrong with that... so I've got one. More info can be found here ... So if you're looking for a remote yourself, I can recommend to check this one out.

Thats wierd on the original link - it shows pics of the canon reciever - that was why I wanted to know did that come with the package for €20 or was that seperate also if it only worked with certain canon's.

Scroll down a bit, the three pin Canon one is £49.99, for the full kit same for the Nikon.

There's a cable that you connect to the transmitter and to the camera, I didn't need any extra kit, I can use it both with wire or wireless. On the box it says it's compatible with the Canon EOS 300D, 350D, kiss, kiss n, Rebel, Rebel XT etc. (so not sure what they mean with the etc :))
    For Nikon D50, D70, D70s etc.
    Pentax *istD, *istDL, *istDS, etc.
    Samsung GX-1L, GX-1S etc

You can always bring your camera to the shop and give it a try of course :)

**EDIT** Oh I just saw the receiver part on the link Roen posted. I don't have it, but don't need it. It makes use of the IR Receiver already build in the EOS 350D.
