I found an injured pigeon on the side of the road yesterday, one of it's wings is a little limp and there was a small amount of blood on it.It can move the injured wing but obviously can't fly.It is wearing rings so I assume it is a racing pigeon that got clipped by a car.
Any pointers on what to do apart from giving it food and water?

Tbh if you return him to his owner he'll probably wring his neck, if you have the time you could try and get him back to health but if he has a broken wing it would need to be fixed by a vet. You could try finding a person who has pigeons they might help you out.
