    Hi, not sure if this is the correct forum...

    Just to get people's opinion on the quality and reliabilty of Smart's broadband service, so far as outages, dropped connections etc.

    I work in a small office and we have our phone lines running through smart also, and at least once a week we loose connections and cannot make or recieve calls.


    Any opinions on this?

    More likely that you are a CPS customer of Smarts and they are running out of lines leased from €ircon that is causing the dropped calls. Happens at home to us on occasion.

    As regards the BB, they are suppoesed to be good, once you can get them setup (again due to Comreg / government inaction) as €ircon block all attemps to have a smooth install to deter loosing their Monopoly.
