We're looking for a place with a pool, (but not an apartment complex) willing to share pool with a few other units. Would like something within walking distance of a nice sandy beach as well as a few restaurants for night…

Three of us are thinking of heading to either Sicily or Sardinia for the third week in September. We're looking for a place with a pool, (but not an apartment complex) willing to share pool with a few other units. Would like something within walking distance of a nice sandy beach as well as a few restaurants for night time. Nothing too expensive (less than €750 for accomodation). I know I'm probably asking for a lot. Has anybody got any reccomendations of general locations or specific villas they have stayed in?
