No signal coming from graphics card...

    Im recently after buying a new rig set it all up the other day and it works power comes on everything comes on but im not recieving any kind of signal from the graphics card...

    specs are

    club3d xt1900xtx
    intel core duo e6600
    2gig ocz ram
    450w ocz modstream power supply
    msi p65 neo....

    Any help would be much apreciated.

    If you have another graphics card lying around or can borrow one, try sticking it in the same slot and see if it works.

    Ive a friend with a spare graphics card which im going to try popping into the slot but i havent been able to get in contact with him...

    Try checking the cable from the monitor is tight and reseat it or switch it to another slot, did it just go all of a sudden?

    nah its all new parts and i never got any signal from the word go...

    Is it an AGP or a PCI express card

    Nice card. I suppose you have the extra power cable plugged directly from the PSU into the card, yeah? Otherwise it may not have enough power to run.

    Oh, and out of curiousosity, how much did your rig cost. Looks nice.

    prob is the card, but i also checked a dif normal pci card to no affect...

    i put it in the pci slot not express

    ive sent it all back for testing as i was on to them fgor hours and they dont have a clue eighther...
