Dawn is apparently trying to sue the show for portraying her in a negative light.

And Sezer has legal issues to contend with. Has anyone read about Imogen's reaction to the stories? In her eviction interview the subject was thoroughly avoided and she didn't seem surprised. Perhaps they briefed her on it before the interview.

They have a briefing before eviction to tell them what to expect, who might be there etc. It's just to prepare them and for legal issues like that - housemates have mention this frequently.
