    Hi,
I ordered a memory card and a phone screen protector from this "company" and despite the fact that the goods were shipped 3 weeks ago they haven't arrived. Over a week ago I asked for the tracking number and was told they didn't have it to hand and when they did they'd send it on. No sign of it and despite chasing it up a few times more, no joy. Now they don't even respond to my emails. I've asked them to cancel the order and refund the money(I paid by credit card) but they never respondend. Can anyone advise me in relation to what I should do next?(Apart from never buying from them again)

Have you tried calling them directly instead of email?

There is no phone contact number on their site, that I can see anyway.

Thanks for the advice everyone but panic over. The goods arrived today. Then about two hours later I got an e-mail from the company saying they'd chased up the order and it should be with me today or tomorrow. Goods are correct and in perfect condition and were very competetively priced. You pay for the worry I guess. If they'd told the truth and said they hadn't shipped the stuff and were waiting on the goods there would have been no problem instead of pretending to have shipped it and the rest of the bs they spun. Anyway anyone ordering from them beware. I checked out some other reviews of the company and there were a lot of similar incidents. In fairness the goods do seem to arrive in the end but often up to months late and where you recieve the wrong item or something that is not working, as some people had, you can forget it!

Was that regular air mail or something different? Perhaps they might deal with it faster if you pay extra shipping (not that you should have to do so).

Post from the UK can take silly amounts of time to be delivered here (ever since they closed the sorting office for packages on the Naas road). It is entirely possible that they were not spinning you bull.....

    Yes, SDS is officially gone.
All packages are now sent to Portlaoise for sorting.
An Post have performance targets to meet for next day delivery of national post- so very often internation post is left to rot in large trolleys- particularly if its holiday season and they might be a little short staffed. Dublin based people are particularly badly off from this- provincial post though appears to be reasonably good.

    Its a mess.....
