    Hi,
    would any kind soul have any advice for me. I have a Samsung MP3 player and the hard disc is not loading. I got it as a prezzie some time ago and it was never used. I have been back to the dealer and he said that I would have to return it to the UK and that the disc is probally gone and it will cost in the region of £200 sterling so it would make sense to buy another then pay that. It is in spotless condition and complete with everything as new. I dont have a receipt and there is no guarantee so I am on my own. Any bright ideas.

    How old is this? Could you ask the purchaser how they paid for it or if they had the receipt coz if they used a credit/debit card then the transaction can be traced back using the authorisation code from the credit/debit card machine and so prove the purchase date. Post the model number so I can check out the type of HD it takes. €200 for a replacement disk is a bit high imo.

    Thanks for your reply soon. I cannot get receipt or go back to where it was purchased. Its about 1 year old and the exact model YH-920GS. Its a Samsung Napster if that is any help.
