Somebody said here before that they have used them...

The handling and postage comes to e22. If I got multiple items would I have to pay the e22 charge on each item?

This is an eBay store? I would imagine there is an additional fee per item, like standard postage+additional item(s) if all in the one shipment. Contact the seller to be sure.

I guess its clear on their site but keep in mind they are selling refurbished items
I bought a very big, very heavy stereo recently.

First time there was a massive hole in the speaker (have photo), sent back asked them to check the one they were sending out, this one not as scratched but buttons missing on both systems and this one would not power up.

They did replace 1st time, and then refund, but I'd to get it back to them. weight 10 kgs !!

Anyone else have any experiences with them...?

Surely refurbishing should mean restored to as close as new as possible.

My sister bought a philips mp3 player from them about a year ago. It stopped working within a 2 months, which obviously can happen with any piece of equipment but they were pretty shoddy in their level of customer service. They only sent a replacement after being threatened with the small claims court and even then it was on the express terms that there would be no warranty. The replacement unit stopped functioning (apparent hard disk failure) within a month.
Personally i will never buy from them again.

It was probably me. I bought off them before. I sniped a Dell Axim PDA. Was the lowest model which was advertised as having Wifi. Won, paid E22 or whatever postage but when I received the item I realised it didn't have Wifi. Email them and they took it back and refunded postage (emails were slow though I have to say). I since sniped the higher spec Axim (got it cheaper than the lower spec one :D). Had no issues. Also bought a small MP3 player off them.

To summerise I would recommend them. More importantly the 3 items I recieved were all advertised as refurbs but were like new. In every way.

    Hope this helps...

I would recommend them too. I bought 3 things over the past year or so and they were all in really good condtion like new.
Don't know about delivery, if they charge per item as I bought my items on 3 different occasions.
