Sky FTA EPG

I just got a Sky Freeview Card, put it into my Digibox but when the EPG comes up neither Channel 4 nor Channel 5 are present.

Is this normal or am I doing something wrong ?

Also does anyone know a good installer in Dundalk.

Leave it 2-3 days, particularly if its been left out of a box for a long time. It has been activated already, right?

Yep as far as I know, I get a heap of channels eg. BBC regional variations and ITV etc.

what exactly would be the procedure just leave it in the box for a few days until it fully updates the EPG ?

Does Sky Three work?

I'd have thought that Ch4 and five should still appear on the EPG even if they didn't work.

Are you sure the card is inserted correctly?

I have two FTV cards that don’t bring up Channel four or Five on the EPG. They do decode SKY 3. I can view Channel 4 and Five in other channels. Try tuning them in in other channels.

No... You need an ROI subscription (Variety pack +1 or higher) to get those

That's fairly odd. Does it do that if the card are in after repower the receiver at mains socket?
