New encrypted Channel testing on Ireland Sky Cards Only!

    Check out 10744-h 22000 5/6, Blank Screen at moment. But only available on ROI and NI sky cards. Not Available on Uk mainland cards. They get the "This Program is not available" Message. Maybe CHANNEL 6 ??. or TG4 Widescreen??

    RTE's transponder. Its TG4 widescreen, its the same label they used to test widescreen on before 1 and 2 did.

    Some bright spark has decided to broadcast all of TG4's programmes in 14:9, even though most of it was made in 4:3. TG4's newsreaders no longer have foreheads and the news show has been renamed "Uacht TG4". Cén fáth???

    That's also where you'd find RTE1, RTE2, TV3, TG4 and DWTV though.

    looked at this today and i think the TG4 approach is terrible. it would seem everything will be widescreen, even programming made in 4:3

    Lazyness. BBC have often been doing the same.

    Though at least FROM THE BEGINNING 10 YEARS AGO TG4 has been making and commisioning everything especially for them in 16:9. So most of their arcives are WS.
