A new german package called arena seems to have it aswell:
    http://www.arena.tv/

    From satfootball:
"All Bundesliga 1 Games for 2006/07 season will be on new German pay tv channel Arena on Astra 19.2 East 12441V 27500 3/4. There will be 1 game on friday nights at 20:30cet, 6 games on saturday at 15:30cet and 2 games on Sunday at 17:00cet"

Maybe it was a once off, as why would anyone pay for this new package if they could watch it for free?

    "Bundesliga LIVE in Sat.1

Der Auftakt zur Saison 2006/07: Sat.1 zeigt die Bundesliga-konferenz erstmals im Free-TV."

    babelfish:
The prelude to the season 2006/07: Sat.1 shows the conference of federal league for the first time in the Free TV.

Arena appears to be what replaced last season's Premiere Sports Portal.
    Its PPV anyway.

DSF appear to have Monday night Bundesliga live FTA

SAT1 are a bit of a mystery for now.

    stay tuned.

DSF showing a live game free tonight.
    2. Bundesliga. They also did that when Premiere had the rights.
Sat1 coverage was a once off promo.
Arena owns the rights for Bundesliga 1+2 now. Available on cable, and Astra1 sat (+5€ extra  ) encrypted in cryptoworks.
