    I got a €270 voucher and bought something for €178 from the UK and my voucher was debited (I had €92 left) I then preceeded to buy some ofter stuff. I have €2.19 left.

    I got an e-mail from the place I got the €178 item:
    Dear Mr xxxxxxx

    Thank you for your order.

    Your card is currently undergoing a routine check with your bank. This may take up to 1 working day.

    Once authorisation has been received we will despatch your order as soon as possible.

    Now does this mean the order has being finalised yet and the 1.75% (€3.11) Non-Euro fee hasn't being processed yet? Obviously meaning my order cannot be finalised?
