    Hey whats up can anyone give me information bout a gym i heard bout from JON in east wall.

    looking for direction?

    is it an open gym?

    what are the opening times?

    and if new members are welcome?

    Just looking to do a bit of training when suits me as work responsibiltys are getting in my way of set training session. plus i got most weekends free.

    thats a great MMA Club, Shane Tomas is Instructor, highly skilled guy and great teacher, and i did a bit of training there last year... highly recommened, good dedicated training, and very reasonable price.

    Hmm, Topdog was it Kokoro you were actually looking for? I think Shika MMA where the two Seery's train is around there too.
