    Hi All. I've been training very hard the last while, seeing results but really want to get the most out of sessions and get my diet right. I was hoping you could recommend somebody who can advise me personally on:

    Diet
    Not lazy but need a tailored diet of what exactly/ quantity etc. to eat and when.

    Exercise/ Weights
    What exactly to do and when

    My goal is basic strength improvement with toning/ reducing body fat a priority. I've read some great advice on this forum but I really need someone who can give me an exact diet and workout plan for me specifically. Am willing to pay etc. but want to meet on a once off and get plans etc. and then get to work on them. Not looking for on going personal trainer etc. but beasically just the best advise specifically for me.

    If anyone can recommend someone in the Dublin area who may be able to help please post details.
