Whey protein and jogging

    Hey all,

I go for a 20-25min jog most mornings and play football (intensely but not competitively) once per week. I also lift weights and have invested in some whey protein. I can feel a slight bit of change (my arms are a bit small but getting bigger) and all is going well. I am however a little bit concerned about any negative impact of the use of whey protein. I have one home made shake (30mg whey protein) after I lift but should I also take a shake after a run?

    Hey,

I thought as much but a few folk have mentioned that they "heard it from somebody" and I just wanted to be sure.

    Cheers,
