htaccess redirect

I have a folder on mydomain.com so it's like mydomain.com/stuff/aboutme/me.htm and another folder mydomain.com/me what do i put in a htaccess in the folder me to redirect all http requests to mydomain.com/stuff/aboutme/me.htm

google would have solved this so easily...

"Redirect 301 /oldpage.html http://www.example.com/newpage.html"
