    Just looking at cars on carzone.ie and was wondering why the Daewoo Lanos seems to be cheaper than most other cars in the same rank as to speak? i was thinking of buying one and they suprisingly seem to be under 3k of a 98-00

    what do you expect from a hyundai, falls into the same bracket as a hyundai et al.

    better off getting a (better) older car, a golf or somethin! with some safety features...:D

    Why? Hyundai make more reliable cars than VW do by all accounts. Don't know much about Daewoo though.

    Daewoo != Hyundai :rolleyes:

    Daewoo are owned by General Motors, hence the recent rebranding to Chevrolet.

    Agree with all of the above
