'Dram timings set too tight'

    Hi all,
Im in a spot of bother.
    I have an MSI Neo2 867PE mobo with a 2.8 P4, a gig of OCZ ddr3200.
I get a message 'Dram stimings set too tight' on boot. I think this was due to to the built in overclocking feature on the board setting the timings too tightly.

However, I now have no display from my Geforce agp card so I cant change anything in the bios.

I have restarted PC a good few times, reseated the graphics and memory, disconnected all other hardware from board etc.
Is there any way I can get my display back at least to see what Im doing? I have found some possible solutions but I need my display before I can start. The display worked twice, both times were random.

    Not looking good.
