    Hey
I got my bottom two wisdom teeth taken out yesterday under local anaesthetic, as normal my jaw line has swollen up to the point where i look like desperate dan,
anyway I havent eaten since yesterday morning and am getting quite peckish however I have yet to really move my mouth to much as it hurts when I do.

Anybody got any suggestions on what I should eat?

    cheers

I ate (or rather sucked on) mars bars for a day otr two and then after that I was back eathing normal food and washing it out with saltwater.

As far as I can remember the dentist gave me a list of foods to eat/not to eat. Did you get something similar?

i got four teeth pulled out a while ago. I could barely eat anything too, but i found the best to be pasta, it'll give you energy, be sure t fill you up and its easy on the gums. try and get the smooth stringy type rather than the cylindrical, the less chewing the better. Smoothies are good too instead of chewing fruits. The important thing is to keep your mouth clean though. Use mouthwash after eating and brush but obviously not over the wounds. Taking a few painkillers will help with eating too, panadol extra is quite good. Don't worry though you'll feel better in a day or two! :)
