BJJ Seminar - Roy Harris - Galway October 8th

    Hi Guys,

    Mr Roy Harris www.royharris.com will be giving a one day instructional course in GMIT, Sports Centre, Dublin Road, Galway on Sunday 8th of October. 11am - 3pm.

    Roy Harris is a third degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and will be conducting a 4 hour BJJ/grappling seminar.

    I wish I could go to this. Roy is well known for his great instruction.

    Buck65, I'd assume it will cater for all levels. All seminars do unless stated otherwise.
