Not to sound rude, but maybe you should relax a bit when you're posting, and don't type so rushed and messily. Some of your posts can be incredibly hard to read at times.

    Anyway, not seen the film.

it wasn't bad i.m.o either. unfortunately I worked out the twist just before it happened, but at least it wasn't half an hour before:)

Aye - THis got a bit of abuse by critics and I enjoyed it too. I thought the script was quite good even though they were aiming a bit too much for the clever smart ass kinda guy with josh hartnett. Well worth making your own mind up as its becoming a bit of a cult hit.

i enjoyed it enough...but the twist was pathetic...guessed it about 30 minutes in
about the moment josh hartnet showed up, i knew who he was, and after his first meeting with morgan freeman i knew he was full of ****.

But i guess that what happens when the only thing i ever hear about this film is THE TWIST THE TWIST. sort of puts one's brain on overdrive in observing angles.

I was lucky that i went into Sixth Sense when it premiered so i didnt have everyone telling me there's an amazing twist in it.

Even "this film has a twist!" is a spoiler these days, we're all to clever for our own good. :p

If I hear something has a twist, I just suspect everybody, like "He did it!" "And him too!" "They all did it!"

Same thing happened with Inside Man.

I liked it though, had a Leon & Payback feel to it.

This film is pretty terrible. I was squirming in my seat with embarrassment at the 'hip' dialogue between Hartnett and Lucy Liu. Awful awful awful.

Yeah saw this film a few months ago when it was in the cinema. I remember really enjoying it at the time but that no one else i knew had gone to see it. Maybe it will do better now as a DVD release.

It realy was good ,nice tight script and the actors were superb .Willis has done 3 ok movies in the last 3 years and there all on a par with some of his older movies like last boy scout and that one where he works on a boat ??cant remember the name rite now but the point is the guy picks good scripts and where as 13 blocks/hostage and slevin arnt classics if they were on telly you would watch them .

I actually thought this was a great movie i reley enjoyed it

you see for a long time now ive been thinking of the best way to kill your enemys u cant shoot them u cant hit them over the head because both ways dont allow for enough time.

Ive always thought id go for throat slitting because that gives your enemy a few seconds of "oh **** im dead now why did i **** with him"

but this whole duct taped to a chair and explaing that there dead cause they ****ed with u then suffacating them and letting them die slowley there last thoughts being there dead because of what they have done

i liked it a good way to take out a enemy because a true civtory is to make your enemy relaise they where wrong to oppose you in the 1st place and to force them to accept your greatness

[edit] ..wtf ^^ user45701 you have wAaAAy too much time on your hands [/edit]

    pretty poor tbh,
tried way to hard to sell itself as cool, lame easy to spot twist ( i didn't know there was a twist ), and pretty poor acting apart from a few..

hartnett was good, shows he can do alot better than the types of films he's been getting/doing, but the whole thing feels very tired, maybe if it was released about 10/15 years ago this would have had a bit more novelty ( to cover over the convoluted story + crappy-snappy dialogue )
