Running - mornings

Just looking for a quick bit of advice as I'm hoping to start running in mornings before work - just a short ish run, prob 20-30 mins. I took up running back in January and worked up to running the Bupa 10k in April, and since then it has gone by way-side...... want to take it up again now and am going to give the morning runs a go. When I try to go in evenings there's always something else to distract me and help me put it off!

Anyway , the question I have is whether its a good idea to have breakfast (usually weetabix) before doing the run or when I get back ?
    Cheers!

You'll probably get a stitch if you eat before you run.

I'd have a large glass of water about 15 mins before i set out then eat breakie afterwards.

Are you on the weetabix challange???

the challange is to eat weetabix for a week
the ad incourages ppl to throw what ever they find in the fridge on their wheaty snack ie fruits, yogurt, smoothies, milk, or what ever else tickles their fancy. how far you take this is up to you for instance you could have left over gravy with your weeabix or orange juice sploshed all over it, tomato sauce. (don't advise the latter options)
