Home Made Whey Protein Bars?

    Anyone got any ideas for recepies that dont melt too easy (e.g. peanut butter based)? I was thinking a sponge mixture heavy on the whey... any ideas at all at all?

    Yeh i'd be interested to find out what they do for home made bars. The commercial one's are full of nasty bits and bobs.
    Daveirl makes his own, he might let us in on his secrets! :confused:

    I baked this for about 20 mins at 180deg, but I've just rolled them, frozen 'em for an hour and cut them before (i.e. not baked them at all).
