Wondering if anyone knew a good site for internal flights in the U.S.? Specifically New jersey to Boston? Or would taking a train be better?

Amtrak is brilliant, very comfortable and value for your money, otherwise theres lots of airlines to choose from. American Eagle (part of AA afaik) or Southwest Airlines.

If you are trying to save some money, you should consider taking one of the the chinatown busses. (I've always used Fung Wah).

    http://www.chinatown-bus.com/

They are only $15, they leave once an hour, they drop you right in the middle of Boston, and you usually get to watch a crazy chinese movie on the way. The drive is about 4 hours, which is about how much time you'd end up spending with the airport check-ins, getting your luggage, etc.

If you are planning on flying, jet blue is usually your best bet. And I never reccommend Amtrack, as there are regular delays and it's can get pretty expensive for a fairly long trip.
