Are you connected to live? prolly need to download an emulation update for it to work.

I have it and it works fine on the 360 you do probably need to connect to live to download the latest back compat update ther is also somewhere on the xbox.com website where you can download this and burn it to CD.

Went through this crap as well with my selection of Xbox games, I had to go to the US site to get the most up to date patch disk.
