temporary Internet files

    hi, how do i look in temporary internet files ? i think i just got a virus on mt pc
    ive got avast and spydoctor but when i run avast is says cant scan temporary internet files.

    Its "C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files".

    Also there is a folder in
    "C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files"
    which is hidden called content.ie5 or content.ie6 if you manually type the folder name in the address bar you can get into it. I.E. type in "
    C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\content.ie5" into the address bar in my computer.
