Transcode 360 pause feature???

I have been using transcode 360 the last few days and it works great the only problem is that theres no pause feature in it,I was just wondering if anyone uses anything similar to transcode which incorporates pause?? I also installed MCE video encoder which is mentioned on the transcode website but it doesnt manage to work…

I also installed MCE video encoder which is mentioned on the transcode website but it doesnt manage to work that well as when you pause it and then start it up again theres a gap of about 10-20 seconds that are missed
