DVD Sniffing Dogs

    Pretty crazy, new dogs trained that can sniff out your bags in the airport and search for any CDs or DVDs you might have in there.

    They'd want to be careful there, surely more CD/DVDs are legitamate than not.

    It will probably be sometime before they enough of those trained and it probably costs a fair few squid, a bit mad all the same. :)

    but i guess blank/burned dvds smell different to standard dvds due to diff material,
    and the same as with gange/coke they are trained for large quantites / concentraions, rather than a bit of loose stuff

    How many 'pirates' (Arrr!) use FedEx?
    Trainers say the dogs have been notifying customs agents of packages with discs in them. The packages have been opened but so far no pirated movies have been found.


    Just more scare-mongering tbh.
