    Hi,

read up no this (in particular BS No-Xplode) and it seems you take it only before training.

That means only 3/4 doses a week.

Does than mean you'd take something else on non-training days like regular creatine.
Kinda find it weird that you'd take nothing on rest days (except your protein of course)

i guess the question is do you stack it with something else or is it a decent muslce builder on it tod?

THe whole point of an NO supplement is to engorge the blood vessels and allow more blood and nutrients to reach the muscle. There is also the argument of improved "pump" and muscle tissue tearing due to the higher blood volume.

I have used several NO products in the past, some of them gave me a great pump, some of them gave me stomach ache and one or two even lead to some pretty decent gains.

I would be careful and look at what a product contrains other than just the NO....and also be very cautious of your pre workout nutrition....not point in having engorged blood vessels and a massive pump from more blood in the muscles if your not gonna recover right.;)

One thing is are you taking creatine monohydrate? All creatine has to be manufactured as this first before anything else. Let me know. Because when its mixed with water it turns into mostly Creatinine. Useless and excreted. Ethyl Ester is rubbish. You cannot esterfy creatine monohydrate without it degrading.Gimmicks

No-Xplode has that Cem3 creatine doesn't it? Is that just creatine monohydrate? The fastest absorbing type right?

I'm not taking anything at the moment. I'm trying to geta six packs for my hols in sept but doing a wee bit of research cos I plan on packing on some muscle in oct/nov.

I have used maximuscles creatmax8000 before and i thought it was tops (although a little dear)
But as with creatine that's about it.
I was trawling a few sites liek bodybuilding.com and NO seemed all the rage at the mo.

I have used no-xplode and would like to thank it personally for the fantastic gains I have made. Quality supplement. Then again, I have never used any other type of creatine or NO mix. I just tried it out and think it is quality so why change?
