Anyone else not able to login to o2.ie? The new site really is horrible and rarely works properly anymore!

In IE a page says that the Authentication Service isn't running, Firefox just gives me a Bad Gateway error

What is the story with the o2.ie website? It is just so CRAP! It is often down or just acting very slow. If you leave the page for a while and your session times out, and then try access another page you get a error saying "a problem has occured which has been reported".

Are they just trying to make it more difficult to send online messages so people will send from their handsets more?

    Damn you o2!

I've found it okay since the initial teething problems when the site was upgraded a few months ago.
Timeouts are a common feature of secure sites. Nothing wrong with it really.

I have no problem with the site timing out. It should not however bring you to a page telling you there has been an error. Secure or not this is not a difficult situation to fix but it has been there for ages. All it should do is bring you into a re-login page telling you, your session has been timed out.

Also the slow loading of pages is not common to this extent even if the site is secure. Is anyone having the problem with slow loading pages?

Just want to bring this up again.

Is anyone finding O2.ie incredibly slow at the moment.
    • Taking about a minute to go from page to page.
    • When loggigng in often getting "Bad server Gateway" or something similar

I only use the online text and not the email
