Anytime I try to access Yourtube to view a vid clip I am getting the following message.....

Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Macromedia's Flash Player. Click here to get the latest flash player

Now I have tried to get the new version, and it says the installiation was sucessful, but still cannot view clips.

I also went into internet options and set the active scripting to enable under the security tab.

It's really annoying as I cannot view lots of clips on the likes of yourtube and rcuniverse video section.

Any ideas what else it might be?

    Cheers

Did it ever work or did you just notice it now? You could try repairing IE6, I think its Start->Settings->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs. Find IE in the list and click Uninstall/change. At the next dialog box select Repair and click Continue. It will ask you to restart the computer.

If that doesn't fix it, remove all versions of flash from the Add/Remove and try and reinstall if you haven't already.
