Jaysus Sparky, if you never heard of them before, then they don't exist!

Well I'd be honest about them but it could land boards in more libal action.
But post 3 says it all.

tbh you asked the question has "anybody heard of companyX"

to which sparky replied "i have never heard of them"

    his reply was fair tbh.

    no need for sarcasm tbh.

Well tbh, I wasn't being sarcastic on that occasion.
I looked at the number of posts that Sparky had made tbh, and out of respect I reckoned that his/her wealth of experience and knowledge might count for something. So tbh if he/she hadn't heard of them, that was more than good enough for me!
Besides, where's the fun in being fair?

Nah I didnt take it as sarcasm.

And thanks for the complement Henry.

I have noticed remarks that we are expensive but I assure you that with our price promise we will have the best value in this country we are already less expensive than the all retail outlets.
Fair enough but you're an internet shop so you're competing with other internet shops not the retail outlets.

    For example:
    Samsung SM931MP 19" 4:3 Monitor/LCD TV

Your Price - 699 (Free Delivery)
    Komplett.ie - 499 (11 Delivery) 510

You're 37% more expensive than komplett - why?

Excellent question Ph, and there are quite a few other models you could have chosen.

I accept that TBH if you can get your prices in down then you'd be worth considering for sure. One other little bit of feedback (coming from someone who's spent 10k+ on the net over the last 2 years).

You have to show stock, I want to know that the kit I'm ordering is ready for shipping, or whether you're going to order it. Komplett is great like this, but your current site doesn't really give me any indication of whether what I'm about to order is actually already in your possession or not.

komplett and elara show stock levels, which impresses me even more!

Elara do great deals on a lot of things, and all you have to do is pop out to their warehouse in Park West to collect all done v.professionally

Good price for the Samsung LE40R74BD 40" HD Ready LCD TV, i would say very close to been cheapest in Ireland, defo 200 euro cheaper than Harvey Norm and Currys.
